Despite the recent uncertainty surrounding his transfer, Simba striker Suleiman Mwalimu continues to train with the Msimbazi Reds as they prepare for the CECAFA Kagame Cup tournament, which kicks off today in Rwanda.
Simba officials are reportedly working to resolve the issue that caused delays in completing payments to Wydad AC.
According to the agreement, Simba are required to complete the payment process before July 31 this year.
However, for Simba to be able to use Mwalimu in the Kagame Cup tournament, the club must finalize all payment and registration procedures.
The cost of signing the striker on a season-long loan deal is estimated at around TSh 131 million.
