Former Simba Competitions Committee Deputy Chairman Iddi Kajuna was laid to rest on Thursday evening at Kisutu Cemetery in Dar es Salaam.
Hundreds of members of the football community, led by Simba officials, gathered to pay their final respects as Kajuna was buried.
Kajuna passed away on the night leading into July 23, 2026, at the Jakaya Kikwete Cardiac Institute within Muhimbili National Hospital. He had been receiving treatment there for approximately seven days before his death.
Simba Board Chairman Crescentius Magori said the club had lost a courageous and dedicated servant who made a significant contribution to Simba.
