South African winger Keletso Makgalwa arrived in Dar es Salaam early on Tuesday, July 21.
Makgalwa is expected to complete the final stages of his move to Simba before the Msimbazi-based club officially unveils him as a new signing.
The 29-year-old, who most recently played for Sekhukhune United, arrived in Tanzania accompanied by his agent.
His signing is regarded as another major acquisition for Simba, with head coach Steve Barker playing a key role in convincing the player to join the club.
