Simba have officially unveiled right-back Nathaniel Chilambo as their latest signing from Azam FC.
Chilambo joins the Msimbazi-based club as a free agent after his contract with the Chamazi giants came to an end.
The signing is aimed at strengthening the right side of Simba's defense, with Chilambo expected to compete for a place alongside David Kameta "Duchu" and captain Shomari Kapombe.
Chilambo is also a versatile player who can comfortably operate in all wide defensive positions as well as on the wing.
He is a modern full-back who contributes both defensively and offensively, fitting into coach Steve Barker's tactical philosophy of allowing defenders to play like wingers when the team is attacking.
He becomes the second signing unveiled by Simba in this transfer window, following the announcement of Kelvin Nashon yesterday.
Welcome to Msimbazi, Chilambo...!
