The Tanzania Football Federation (TFF) Competitions Committee, during a meeting held in Dar es Salaam, reviewed the report of the 2026 CRDB Bank Federation Cup final played on July 4, 2026, at Gombani Stadium in Pemba and issued the following disciplinary decisions.
Azam FC have been fined TSh 50 million for refusing to participate in the post-match trophy and awards presentation ceremony following the final. The sanction was imposed in accordance with Article 27:7 of the Premier League Regulations governing decision-making bodies.
Azam FC goalkeeping coach Roudy Mountaro has been suspended for four matches and fined TSh 2 million for assaulting the match referee after the final whistle. The punishment was issued under Article 45:2:1 of the regulations governing the conduct of coaches and other technical officials.
Azam FC goalkeeper Zuberi Foba has been suspended for three matches and fined TSh 2 million for assaulting the referee after the final whistle. The sanction was imposed in accordance with Article 41:5:3 of the regulations governing player conduct.
In addition, the TFF Competitions Committee has referred Azam FC official Jamal Salum Mohamed, popularly known as "Bui," and Simba SC official Ally Mohamed Shatry, commonly known as "Chico," to the TFF Disciplinary Committee over alleged acts of misconduct during the final.
