Simba SC have officially confirmed their participation in the 2026 CECAFA Kagame Cup, marking part of their preparations for the upcoming season.
The tournament is scheduled to take place in Rwanda from July 24 to August 8, 2026, with all matches set to be played at Amahoro Stadium and Kigali Pele Stadium.
This will be the first time Simba return to the regional competition since their last appearance in 2018, marking a return to East and Central African club competition after several years of absence.
Twelve Teams to Compete in Kagame Cup 2026
The Council for East and Central Africa Football Associations (CECAFA) has confirmed a total of 12 teams that will compete in the 2026 edition of the tournament.
