Yahya Mbegu Returns to Simba Training After AFCON U17 Final Run with Serengeti Boys

Simba SC centre-back Yahya Mbegu was part of Tanzania’s Under-17 national team, the Serengeti Boys, which reached the final of the U17 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON). The team lost the final 4–2 on penalties after a 1–1 draw against Senegal.

After proudly representing Tanzania in Morocco, Mbegu has today returned to training and was warmly welcomed by his Simba teammates in a guard of honour.
