Simba SC returned to training today at the Mo Simba Arena as preparations began for the final matches of the 2025/26 season.
Head coach Steve Barker had granted the squad a seven-day break following their 1-0 victory over Dodoma Jiji at the KMC Complex.
Barker oversaw the team's first training session since the break, with all players not currently involved in international duty taking part in the workout.
The Msimbazi Reds will have two weeks to prepare before facing Pamba Jiji on June 14 at the KMC Complex in a crucial Premier League fixture.
Simba's objective remains clear: to win all of their remaining matches and keep alive their hopes of securing the Tanzania Premier League title.
In addition to their league campaign, Simba will also turn their attention to the CRDB Cup, where they are scheduled to face Coastal Union in the semi-finals on June 21 at Sheikh Amri Abeid Stadium in Arusha.
With both league and cup ambitions still within reach, the club is entering a decisive period of the season that could determine its overall success.
