Simba SC goalkeeper Djibrilla Kassali has continued to impress in the NBC Premier League, now reaching 10 clean sheets.
Since joining Simba during the mid-season transfer window, stepping in to replace Moussa Camara after a knee injury forced him out of the registration system, Kassali has proven that his signing was no coincidence.
Kassali has not lost any match in the league since he began guarding the goalposts for the Msimbazi Reds.
With 10 clean sheets, he is competing closely with Yanga SC goalkeeper Djigui Diarra, who has 12 clean sheets.
Jean Noel Amonome is also close behind with 10 clean sheets as well.
His contract with Simba ends at the end of the season, but it is clear he has impressed the technical bench, and the clubβs management may consider offering him a longer-term extension.
