Simba attacking midfielder Clatous Chama, popularly known as the “Lusaka Rock,” has continued to prove his importance to the team after winning the Man of the Match award for the third consecutive game.
Yesterday, as Simba cruised to a 4-0 victory over Tanzania Prisons, Chama scored one goal and also provided an assist.
The “Lusaka Rock” has now scored in three consecutive matches while also collecting the Man of the Match award in each of those games.
On May 3, during Simba’s 2-2 draw against Yanga, Chama scored and provided an assist before being named Man of the Match after the final whistle.
On May 6, in the match against JKT Tanzania, Chama scored the only goal that earned Simba a 1-0 victory at Major General Isamuhyo Stadium.
Once again, he walked away with the Man of the Match award. Against Tanzania Prisons yesterday, Chama scored his sixth goal of the season and provided his fourth assist, earning yet another individual award.
Chama has now won five Man of the Match awards since returning to Msimbazi during the January transfer window.
The “Lusaka Rock” has truly been reborn!
