Speaking after the team’s final preparations at Isamuhyo Stadium yesterday, Communications Manager Ahmed Ali said the squad’s morale is high and they are fully focused on securing victory.
Ahmed added that they expect a very tough match, as Yanga will be motivated to seek revenge after losing the Muungano Cup final on Wednesday.
However, he emphasized that Simba are ready to fight with full commitment to secure the result they need in the title race.
Approximately 10,000 fans are expected to attend the match, with all tickets already sold out.
Simba are determined to reclaim domestic dominance this season, having already won the Muungano Cup, with their focus now shifting to the league title and the CRDB Cup.
