Simba SC’s Head of Information and Communications, Ahmed Ali, has confirmed that Nickson Kibabage, Yusuph Kagoma, and Anicet Oura will be available for the Premier League match against Yanga on Sunday, May 3, at Major General Isamuhyo Stadium.
The trio had been unable to finish the previous match—the Muungano Cup final—after picking up injuries.
Ahmed stated that all the players have now recovered and have rejoined their teammates in preparations for the crucial league encounter, where Simba are aiming for victory.
“I would like to inform you that all the players (Oura, Kibabage, and Kagoma) who were substituted in the Muungano Cup final due to injuries are now ready for Sunday’s match.
“As I speak, the players are in good condition. All that remains is to pray that they stay fit,” said Ahmed.
Simba entered camp yesterday to continue preparations for the derby against their rivals Yanga, marking their second meeting within five days.
