Simba SC are reportedly close to completing the signing of attacking midfielder Ramadhan Salum Ramadhan, popularly known as “Chobwedo,” from TRA United.
Chobwedo has been in impressive form this season, attracting strong interest from several top Kariakoo clubs, with Simba now appearing to have won the race for his signature.
The winger caught the eye in the recent league match between TRA United and Simba, which ended in a goalless draw at Sheikh Amri Abeid Stadium last week.
Sources within Simba’s management indicate that Chobwedo has already been offered a two-year contract and is expected to sign a pre-contract agreement.
Looking ahead to next season, Simba have reportedly changed their recruitment strategy, aiming to finalize signings early before the current campaign ends.
Simba are also said to have completed the signing of midfielder Kelvin Nashon, who is currently playing for Pamba Jiji on loan from Singida Black Stars.
