Simba coach Steve Barker has stated that preparations for the match against TRA United are complete, and his aim is to see the team continue the high standards they have shown in previous games.
Simba arrived in Arusha yesterday, and today they will finalize their preparations at Sheikh Amri Abeid Stadium ahead of what is expected to be a fiercely contested match.
Speaking at a press conference ahead of the game, Barker said he wants to see his players attack quickly and challenge their opponents both with and without the ball.
The South African coach noted that since arriving to manage Simba, significant improvements have been made, and he is still building a stronger, more feared team.
"Since I arrived, I think we have only conceded three goals. We continue to work to ensure we are a difficult team to score against and to make life hard for our opponents throughout the match," Barker said.
"I want to see Simba play at the same high level for all 90 minutes. We must start the game strong and maintain that intensity because victory is not secured in just 45 minutes," he added.
