Simba Head Coach, Steve Barker, has said his team is ready for their home Premier League match against TRA United, set to be played tomorrow, Sunday, at Isamuhyo Stadium in Dar es Salaam.
Barker stated that after a long run of away matches, they finally have the opportunity to use their home ground to secure all three points.
Speaking earlier today ahead of the match, Barker acknowledged that it will not be an easy game, noting that TRA United showed their strength in their previous match by holding Young Africans S.C. (Yanga) to a goalless draw.
"We are prepared to face TRA United in a match we know will be tough. TRA United have proven they are a strong team, and to beat them we must be at our very best."
"I’m happy that our preparations have gone well. The good news is we will have our striker Suleiman Mwalimu back, who has completed his three-match suspension."
"Today we will have a chance to finalize our last preparations, which are essentially a continuation of the work we have been doing since I arrived here," said Barker.
The South African coach also emphasized to his attackers the importance of making the most of their chances, noting that in such matches, they must be clinical in front of goal to secure all three points.
