Simba attacking midfielder Kibu Denis is in the final stages of completing a transfer to Libyan club Al Nasr Benghazi, it has been learned.
For several weeks, there have been discussions between Simba’s management, Kibu, and the Libyan club, which submitted an official offer to the Msimbazi-based side.
It is reported that Simba have agreed to sell Kibu for a fee of up to TSh 700 million, with an agreement in place for him to join the team during the current transfer window.
Tomorrow’s Premier League match against KMC could be Kibu’s final game for Simba, as he has been seeking a move abroad for some time.
Simba appear to have prepared for his departure, having strengthened their attacking midfield options during the January transfer window with the signings of Libasse Gueye and Anicet Oura, both of whom have already won the hearts of Simba fans with their impressive performances.
