After Simba SC completed the signing of central defender Osmail Olivier Toure, the club’s management is now in the process of finalizing an agreement to part ways with Ivory Coast defender Carabou Chamou.
Chamou has already been removed from the technical bench’s plans, with negotiations ongoing to terminate his contract.
Initially, Simba proposed a loan move, but it is reported that the defender requested a full contract termination so that he can seek a new challenge with another club.
Chamou joins Joshua Mutale ‘Budo’, whose contract termination talks are also ongoing after he rejected a proposed loan move to Kenya’s Police FC.
So far, Simba has parted ways with five foreign players: Chamou, Mutale and Moussa Camara, while Jean Charles Ahoua and Steven Mukwala were sold.
