Algerian club CR Belouizdad have completed the signing of Simba SC attacking midfielder Jean Charles Ahoua, it has been confirmed.
Earlier this week, Simba finalized the deal, with initial reports suggesting that the Ivory Coast international was heading to the United Arab Emirates.
However, it is CR Belouizdad who have successfully secured the services of the former NBC Premier League top scorer from last season.
Ahoua is expected to officially join the Algerian side next week, while Simba are set to bid him farewell in the coming days.
Since the start of the current season, Ahoua has not replicated the form he showed last season, which could be one of the reasons behind Simba’s decision to sell him.
