Simba are reported to have completed the signing of central defender Osmail Olivier Touré from UAE club Baniyas.
Touré (28), an Ivory Coast national, previously played for Stellenbosch before moving to the Middle East, during a period when the club was coached by Steve Barker.
Touré has also had spells with Marumo Gallants in South Africa and ASEC Mimosas in Ivory Coast.
His signing is said to be a direct recommendation from Barker himself, who is keen to reinforce his defensive line.
The defender is already in the country awaiting his official unveiling by the Msimbazi Reds, with internal sources suggesting he has signed a three-year contract.
