Simba and Tanzania national team (Taifa Stars) attacking midfielder Morice Abraham has missed two matches at AFCON 2025 due to injury.
Morice joins goalkeeper Yacoub Suleiman, who was also injured before the tournament began.
Morice is expected to undergo medical tests to determine the extent of his injury and how long he may be sidelined.
In recent weeks, Simba have been hit by a string of injuries to key first-team players.
Moussa Camara, Yacoub, and Abdulrazak Hamza are all currently sidelined, while defender Rushine De Reuck has resumed training after recovering from injury.
