The Chairman of the Board of Directors of Simba SC, Crescentius Magori, has revealed that the transformation process within the club, which began in 2017, is now approaching its final stage.
Magori explained that the process faced several challenges, largely due to its novelty and the unique structure adopted by the club.
“I want to inform you that the transformation process that started in 2017 is now nearing its conclusion. We have gone through a very difficult period. Apart from Germany, there are very few places where such a system operates, so implementing it came with many challenges,” said Magori.
“It is what we call a hybrid system. To be honest, these eight years have been extremely challenging,” he added.
Magori further disclosed that the club is preparing to introduce a modern membership card system, which he believes will significantly boost Simba’s financial strength.
“The language of division must now come to an end. More importantly, we are preparing a modern membership card system. Simba will be a club with more money than any other club in the country. We are building a club with strong and effective leadership,” Magori emphasized.
The remarks underline Simba’s ambition to solidify its governance structure while strengthening its financial base as part of the long-term transformation agenda.
