Simba striker Suleiman Mwalimu has been recalled to the Tanzania national team, Taifa Stars, for the upcoming AFCON 2025 tournament.
Mwalimu, who was initially named in the provisional squad before being left out of the final list, has now been reinstated after Abdul Sopu was ruled out due to injury.
The forward has already traveled to Egypt to join Taifa Stars, who are currently in camp preparing for the tournament.
Other Simba players included in the squad are Yacoub Suleiman, Shomari Kapombe, Wilson Nangu, Yusuph Kagoma, Morice Abraham, and Kibu Denis.
