Acting Simba Head Coach Suleiman Matola says his team is ready for their NBC Premier League match against Mbeya City, scheduled for tomorrow, Thursday, at Meja Jenerali Isamuhyo Stadium.
Speaking during a press conference earlier, Matola — who has taken charge of Simba’s technical bench following the dismissal of former Head Coach Dimitar Pantev — emphasized that they are approaching the match with great importance.
He stated that Mbeya City is not an easy team, and they have prepared for a tough encounter just as they have in their previous matches, but their mission remains to secure all three points.
“We are approaching this match with great importance because in the league there is no easy team. Despite the expected difficulty, we have prepared thoroughly to win and collect three points in tomorrow’s game,” Matola said.
Right-back David Kameta “Duchu” added that all players are ready and determined to ensure they win the match after losing their last two CAF Champions League fixtures.
Kameta said the players’ morale and spirit are high, and they will come with a different approach to ensure victory.
“We have prepared well, and tomorrow we will come with a different strategy compared to the previous match to make sure we get the win,” he said.
