Simba Assistant Coach Suleiman Matola says they have only one mission—to ensure they secure a win in their CAF Champions League match against Stade Malien, which will be played tomorrow, Sunday, in Mali.
Speaking during a press conference about their preparations for the match, Matola said they understand it will not be an easy game because they are playing away against opponents who will have strong support from their fans.
Matola stated that they have prepared strategically and are highly optimistic that they will emerge victorious in the match.
"It is a tough match because we are playing away. We have had the chance to study our opponents through their previous game—they are a strong team."
"We lost our previous match, so for us, winning tomorrow's game is a must. We are ready to fight for the three points," Matola said.
Speaking on behalf of his fellow players, midfielder Allasane Kante said all players are ready and fully aware of what needs to be done, especially after losing their previous game.
"We have come here to Mali to play, believing we will perform well. We understand the importance of this match, especially after losing the previous one, so we have prepared to get positive results," Kante said.
