The Simba management has assured the club’s General Manager, Dimitar Pantev, that he has their full support and that his position remains secure.
Following Simba’s loss to Petro Atletico, pressure from fans has intensified, with some expressing a lack of confidence in the Bulgarian coach.
However, information from within Simba’s Board confirms that the club is not considering any technical bench changes at the moment, and they remain committed to supporting Pantev as he prepares the team for their second group-stage match against Stade Malien on Sunday, November 30.
“The management fully supports Pantev and his technical team even though the squad lost 1-0 at home to Petro Luanda in the previous match.”
“There is hope that Simba can perform well in the upcoming games, especially the match against Stade Malien scheduled to be played in Mali over the weekend,” said the source.
Simba continues preparations for the Stade Malien encounter, with the squad expected to depart early tomorrow morning, Thursday, heading to Mali.
