Simba attacking midfielder Mohamed Bajaber is now fully fit and awaiting his opportunity to return to the first team.
After spending a long time on the sidelines nursing an injury, Bajaber has resumed full training with the team. However, his inclusion in matchday squads will depend on Head Coach Dimitar Pantev, who is reportedly still not fully satisfied with the player’s match fitness.
Reports suggest that the young star may not yet be ready for competitive matches, and Simba could consider sending him out on loan during the upcoming mid-season transfer window next month.
A source from within the club revealed that discussions have begun with Bajaber about a possible loan move to a team with less pressure, where he could get more playing time and regain his sharpness.
“Bajaber is a talented player, but unfortunately, he has been struggling with recurring injuries. We’ve tried to give him enough time to recover his form, but he hasn’t yet reached full competitive level,” the source said.
Simba are now exploring the best possible way to ensure that the versatile player — who can operate on both wings and as a number 10 — gets more game time to further his development.
