Simba have entered intensive training camp at Mo Simba Arena as they prepare for their upcoming NBC Premier League match against JKT Tanzania, set to be played this Saturday, November 8, at Major General Isamuhyo Stadium in Mbweni.
Following the recent fixture adjustments, this could be Simba’s only league match in November before they shift their focus to two CAF Champions League group-stage fixtures against Petro Atlético and Stade Malien.
After the JKT Tanzania match, the league will pause to observe the FIFA international window, with Simba set to conclude their November schedule with CAF Champions League matches.
Meanwhile, the Tanzania Football Federation (TFF) has yet to announce new dates for the postponed fixtures against TRA United and Azam FC, which were initially scheduled to take place earlier this month.
Head Coach Dimitar Pantev will have ample time to fine-tune his squad ahead of the crucial Champions League matches later this month.
It is evident that fixture congestion may become a challenge later in the season, as the league will experience several interruptions. In December, the NBC Premier League will pause once again to accommodate the AFCON 2025 tournament, scheduled to take place from December 21, 2025, to January 18, 2026.
