Simba fans turned out in large numbers yesterday at Coco Beach in Dar es Salaam to watch the second-leg preliminary round CAF Champions League match against Gaborone United, which ended in a 1-1 draw.
The club’s Media and Communications Manager, Ahmed Ali, led the celebrations and excitement at the event, which brought together Simba supporters from different parts of Dar es Salaam.
Simba has continued its tradition of uniting fans whenever the team plays outside the country or, as in this case, when serving a CAF ban that prevented fans from attending the match in the stadium.
