Crescentius Magori, Chairman of Simba Club’s Board of Directors, has called on members and fans to unite and stand behind Simba at all times.
Magori, who was recently appointed Board Chairman alongside Simba Honorary President Mohammed Dewji 'Mo', said a true Simba fan should stand shoulder to shoulder with the team and avoid forming factions.
"Simba is a very big club; there is no club like Simba in this part of East and Central Africa. This season, we will fight hard to restore Simba’s prestige and honor."
"But we need the support of every Simba fan. My colleague (Chairman Mangungu) and I are ready for the work ahead."
"From now on, I ask members to be one. We will confront anyone who does not want to be with us; they will remain exposed and leave on their own."
"There are many strategies and big battles ahead, but by the grace of God, I believe we will succeed," Magori said during a special prayer for Simba ahead of the 2025/26 season.
Today, Magori is expected to lead the first Board of Directors meeting to finalize strategies ahead of Simba Day and the start of the season, with Simba set to face Yanga on September 16 in the Community Shield match.
