TMA central defender Vedastus Masinde was spotted yesterday training with Simba at the Law School grounds in Dar es Salaam.
Masinde, who was part of the Taifa Stars squad that took part in the 2024 CHAN tournament, is training with Simba after head coach Fadlu Davids requested to monitor him closely.
Fadlu had wanted the defender since pre-season, but Masinde was unavailable due to his national team duties.
With just three days remaining before the transfer window closes, the defender could be signed.
In addition to excelling as a central defender, Masinde can also be deployed as a right-back.
