Simba SC have announced the signing of Tanzania national team’s first-choice goalkeeper, Yacoub Suleiman, from JKT Tanzania.
Yacoub has signed a three-year contract to serve the Msimbazi Reds.
It was only a matter of time before Simba confirmed his signing after reaching an agreement with JKT Tanzania.
Yacoub was a key figure for JKT Tanzania last season, keeping eight clean sheets and helping the club finish in sixth place.
He joins Simba to provide competition for Moussa Camara, who was named the league’s best goalkeeper last season after collecting 19 clean sheets.
