The Simba squad is about to complete one week since relocating to the city of Cairo from Ismailia, where Coach Fadlu Davids’ men trained for two weeks.
Fadlu will have one more week of preparations in Cairo before returning home to conclude the third phase of pre-season.
Simba is expected to return to Tanzania on August 28, where the team will have another week of preparations at Mo Simba Arena before the grand Simba Day Festival scheduled for September 10.
The official battles of the 2025/26 season will kick off on September 16 with the Community Shield match between Simba and their arch-rivals Yanga.
