Guinea international midfielder Naby Camara, 23, has signed for Simba SC after spending a week training with the Msimbazi Reds during their camp in Egypt.
The former CS Sfaxien player has penned a two-year contract, joining Simba from Qatari club Al Waab FC, where he spent a season and a half after leaving Sfaxien.
Camara is capable of playing both as a defensive midfielder and as a left-back.
It is reported that Simba head coach Fadlu Davids approved his signing after being impressed by his performance, particularly when deployed at left-back.
His arrival ends Simba’s pursuit of Congolese player Hernest Malonga, who was also part of the team’s training camp in Ismailia.
