Simba striker Jonathan Sowah has called on the club’s supporters to get ready, promising that the team is determined to bring joy back to Msimbazi in the upcoming season.
Sowah, who joined Simba in the current transfer window from Singida Black Stars—where he scored 13 goals in 14 matches last season—has urged fans to rally behind the team in every match this season.
"I am Jonathan Sowah, famously known as the Black Simba—your boy is here. I promise we will give you entertainment and happiness in the coming season."
"I ask all of you to come out in large numbers to support us in every game. I assure you that you will leave the stadium with joy after every match," said Sowah.
The Ghanaian forward has already started making an impact in pre-season training currently underway in Ismailia, Egypt.
Sowah has linked up with fellow forwards Steven Mukwala and Lionel Ateba, who are also part of the squad in training.
