Simba SC’s attacking midfielder Joshua Mutale is among the players who have returned to Dar es Salaam in readiness for the club’s pre-season training.
Mutale had traveled back to his home country, Zambia, after the end of last season and is one of the players head coach Fadlu Davids is keen to retain in his squad.
Reports from within Simba’s management confirm that medical check-ups for players have already been arranged and the process is likely to take place over the weekend.
Simba is expected to begin its preparations in Dar es Salaam before traveling abroad for further training.
The club may head to Ismailia, Egypt for their pre-season camp, just as they did last season.
