The midfielder awaiting official unveiling at Simba SC, Alassane Kante, yesterday featured in a special farewell match organized by his Tunisian club, CA Bizertin, which plays in the top-flight league.
Kante, a Senegalese national, is leaving CA Bizertin after serving the team for three seasons.
The match was specially arranged for him and his teammate Seydi Abdou, who is heading to Saudi Arabia.
Kante has confirmed that his next destination is Tanzania, where he will be joining Simba SC.
At last, coach Fadlu Davids has secured the defensive midfielder he most needed in this transfer window.
