The Management and League Operations Committee of the Tanzania Premier League Board (TPLB), in its meeting held on July 15, 2025, reviewed various league events and incidents and imposed a total fine of TSh 3 million on Simba SC for three offenses committed during match number 184 against Yanga.
Simba SC was penalized with a fine of TSh 1 million for failing to attend the pre-match press conference held at the National Bank of Commerce Hall in Dar es Salaam on June 24, 2025, contrary to the requirements of Premier League Rule 17:58 regarding match procedures.
Additionally, Simba was fined TSh 1 million for failing to attend the pre-match technical meeting (MCM) on June 24, 2025, in violation of Premier League Rule 17:2(2.2) concerning match procedures.
Simba SC was also fined TSh 1 million for using an unauthorized entrance to access the Benjamin Mkapa Stadium ahead of the match played on June 25, 2025, which contravened Premier League Rule 17:21 related to match procedures.
