Azam FC has completed the signing of goalkeeper Aishi Manula from Simba on a two-year contract.
Manula's contract with Simba ends at the close of this month, allowing him to join Azam FC as a free agent.
His return to Azam FC feels like coming home, as Simba originally signed him from the same club back in 2017.
Manula served Simba for approximately eight seasons, being the team’s first-choice goalkeeper for six consecutive campaigns.
Simba fans will remember Manula for his dedicated service during that time, despite tensions with club leadership toward the end, following allegations of sabotage in a match against Yanga last season.
