Simba's Media and Communications Manager Ahmed Ali has said that they are currently aiming to advance to the quarter-finals so they will not be willing to tolerate anyone who tries to disrupt Simba's plans for the game against Al Masry
Ahmed said he knows there are people who are jealous of Simba as they are the only team left in the CAF Championship this season and they are plotting to disrupt Simba's goals of reaching the semi-finals.
"We have every reason to be proud of being Simba, we have every reason to be proud of being alone in the CAF Confederation Cup, we have every reason to be proud of representing the country internationally"
"Yes, you see us encouraging each other to come to Mkapa Stadium, people who are not busy are the ones you see insulting government leaders. We are busy ensuring that Tanzanian football moves forward"
"They are jealous of us being here. Now I tell anyone who will support this, leave it and write a will in the family "If they think we are joking then we will meet this time. We want this match, and we want it very much. We have already played five quarter-finals, this sixth we want to go to the semi-finals" "Whether Al Masry wants it or not, we will go. This time we are not stopping at the quarter-finals. We say in one voice THIS IS WHAT WE ARE GETTING. I urge my fellow Lions to buy tickets for the game against Al Masry," said Ahmed
