After attending a meeting convened by the Minister of Information, Culture, Arts and Sports, Hon. Palamagamba Kabudi, Simba Club Chairman Murtaza Mangungu said their discussion was about the development of Tanzanian football
In addition to talking to Simba, Minister Kabudi also spoke to Yanga, the league board and TFF
Each side was given its time to talk to the Minister where Simba, with its Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and some members of the Board of Directors, entered the meeting at 1 pm
Mangungu said he was not aware of the agendas that concerned others but for Simba Club the discussion was about Tanzanian football
"We Simba were called by Hon. Minister to discuss Tanzanian football and its development and we have not been called here to discuss our game against Yanga and if that were the case we would have all been called together"
"If they have discussed that game, it is theirs now but we have not even discussed that first "I don't know if Yanga were there," said Mangungu
Mangungu has noted that the meetings with Minister Kabudi will continue
