Simba attacking midfielder Elie Mpanzu has said he believes he has not yet shown his full potential in the team.
Mpanzu, who is a citizen of the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), joined Wekundu wa Msimba in the short registration window as a free agent after completing his contract with As Vita, which participates in the country's Premier League.
So far, he has played for Simba in Premier League and CRDB Confederation Cup matches, while managing to score three goals in the Premier League.
Speaking in Dar es Salaam, Mpanzu said he has not yet given 100% of his potential even though he joined the team in the middle of the season.
"I have started the league in the season, I cannot talk much about my level but I have not given even 80% of my potential to help my team, it must take me a little time to get used to the league and its environment in general," said Mpanzu.
