The changes were announced yesterday at the inauguration ceremony of the Headquarters of the Confederation of African Clubs (ACA) in Morocco
This is good news for all the clubs that participate in the CAF championship because previously they were not allowed to use a player who had already been used in another club within the same season of the CAF championship if they sign him during the small window
