The President of Rwanda Paul Kagame has appointed the former Chief Executive of the Lions Club Mr. Regis Uwayezu to be Secretary General of the Ministry of Sports Rwanda
In July this year the Simba club introduced Mr. Francis Regis Uwayezu became the Chief Executive of the club but four months later (November) the club announced the termination of the contract with Uwayezu by mutual agreement
Zubeda Hassan Sakuru was announced as Acting Chief Executive of Simba to replace Uwayezu whose departure is due to the appointment
