After showing a good performance with Simba, winger Joshua Mutale has been called up to the Zambian national team for the games to qualify for the Afcon 2025 championship
Zambia is expected to face Ivory Coast and Sierra Leone in the matches to decide their fate to participate in the Afcon 2025 championship
Mutale becomes the 9th Simba player to be called up to the national team for the qualifying matches
Others are Aishi Manula, Shomari Kapombe, Mohammed Hussein, Abdulrazak Hamza and Kibu Denis who was called the Tanzanian national team 'Taifa Stars'
There are also Moussa Camara (Guinea), Steven Mukwala (Uganda) and Valentine Nouma
