After being absent from the field for several months, goalkeeper Aishi Manula yesterday sat at the gate in an international friendly game between Simba and Al Hilal of Sudan
Simba head coach Fadlu Davids used Manula for 45 minutes of the first half, while in the second half he went for Hussein Abel
During the time he played, Manula showed that he still has his edge despite staying out of the field for a long time
His skill helped Simba go to the break with a 1-0 lead as he saved almost two dangerous attacks
Despite asking to leave in the last registration window, Simba bosses chose to keep him in the squad to finish his remaining one-year contract
Simba now has five goalkeepers, Manula, Mousa Camara, Ali Salim, Hussein Abel and Ayoub Lakred who is however out injured
