The Laws and Status Committee of the TFF today heard the cases of objections to the registration of Simba players Awesu Awesu and Yusufu Kagoma
Awesu and Kagoma's registration was objected to by the KMC and Yanga teams, this is the reason why those players were not used in the Community Shield semi-final game against Yanga
KMC claim that Awesu has a two-year contract with the club despite the fact that the contract had a clause to break it for Tsh 50 Million
Awesu fulfilled that requirement and that is why Simba signed him up and announced him as their legitimate player in the Simba Day Festival
Kagoma's case is based on Yanga club's claim that it signed the player where Kagoma himself confirmed that he signed the original contract but returned the amount of money he had been paid
The committee has listened to both suggestions and what is waiting is a decision to be made
