Recently Simba announced that Patrick Rweyemamu will return to the position of manager of the team, while he himself said that he has returned to manage discipline
Rweyemamu used to hold that position in Simba before last season he was sent to be a leader in youth football
Rweyemamu has been appointed to replace the former manager of the team, Kenyan Mikael Igendia
Speaking in Ismailia in Egypt where he went after the selection, the manager said that there are some players who are disrespectful to the Managers but he will manage the procedure to ensure that the players pay attention
"Football has two or three things, the coach must be prepared for a friendly environment that is disciplined for the players, there is a medical department, once you combine these two things, you have made the coach's job easier"
"The doctor will prepare the player physically and mentally, we as managers must prepare a friendly environment for him, i.e. camp and discipline, without that you cannot achieve what you want, otherwise the coach will not be able to find something better"
"If I say discipline includes many things, sleeping, drinking, eating, comfort, exercise, therefore it requires that the manager must have authority, have a difficult decision that is understandable and unbending," said Rweyemamu
