Simba Club Board Member Crescentius Magori has said the saga of player Lameck Lawi will be decided by the authorities in charge of football in the country as they have already submitted it
Magori has insisted that Lawi is a legitimate Simba player because they followed all procedures in completing his registration by paying Costal Union all the money they agreed upon as well as paying the player
"The matter of Lameck Lawi has caused a problem, we have registered him, we paid money to the team and we also paid the player himself, but what happened and the matter has already reached the relevant authorities"
"Coastal are our brothers, I believe that this matter will end, it should not take long, Simba's position is that we have signed the player because he was in our plans, and there is no need to throw words at each other, the authorities will tell the truth," said Magori
Lewi did not join the Simba squad that camped in Egypt for the pre-season as the defender continues to stay in the Coastal Union club
There is information that Coastal Union have received a richer offer from another foreign team and they intend to sell the defender again
However, they received the offer when they had already done business with Simba
