Masoud said this at the meeting of Simba Sc board members when they met with the leaders of Dar es Salaam regional branches yesterday
Masoud has said that the club has been involved in debts that are not understood because many registrations do not go through the board, but when contracts are broken, the debts are returned to the club
"In recent seasons, we have signed expensive players and then others whose rates are low. When there is pressure to break their contracts, the debt becomes Simba's club"
"Now we are saying that any player or coach who is registered without the involvement of the Board will not play for the Simba club. We have heard that a registration committee has been formed without the involvement of the Board. We are saying that those players who are registered outside of the procedure will not play for Simba," said CPA Masoud
