Simba in collaboration with CRDB Bank yesterday launched the Simba Executive Network (SEN) program to collect funds to enable Simba to complete the construction of major projects including the stadium and Hostel
Speaking at an event held at Serena Hotel yesterday, Simba Chief Executive, Imani Kajula said Simba Executive Network will bring together like-minded people, with the same goals, aiming to make Simba the leading team in Africa
"These are people who will have goals to do projects that will help develop our team that will enable us to achieve our goals. The main task of Simba Executive Network is to focus on projects that will leave a big mark"
"Simba is loaded with people with many gifts, we want to use them to develop this team forward. We want to use their ability of thinking, intelligence and even their contributions of state and wealth so that we can go far," said Kajula< /p>
Also Kajula added that SEN will have its leaders who will lead like-minded colleagues in these strategic goals
But also Simba's highest decision-making body is the Board of Directors, the board will approve the projects that the management will send. SEN will approve the projects they want to implement for the relevant year and there will be an inspector who inspects the implementation of those projects
